     from SPAR, Kolkata.

■  International Training Course on ‘Emergency Disaster Management’   from CCDB, Bangladesh at ICMH, Dhaka.

■  National Training Course on ‘Gandhian Societal Perspective and action at Peaceful Society Goa.

■ Taken various capsule courses and trainings from different National /International Institutions.

■  Ph.D. (Sociology) cont.  in Utkal University.

EXPERIENCE: 

■  Honorary President of Young India a leading Non Govt.   Development Organization working since 1989.

■  Senior volunteer of National Service Scheme (NSS) and Nehru Yuba Kendra Sangathan  (NYK) the Autonomous body of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India, since 1990.

■  Honorary Executive Director of Center for Development Studies and Research (CDSR), A National level research institute since 2004.

■  National Fellow of Swaraj, a National level forum for Gandhian perspective and Action, Goa,   worked in rural pockets of India with participatory strategic planning for 3 Years (2002-2005).

■  Worked as Resource Person/ Facilitator in different program of National / International Agencies like CYSD,NIPDIT,CWS, SPAR, LWS, OXFAM (GB ), CRS, INDIAN RED CROSS, CAPART, EZE,SWARAJ, LOK BIKASH, SYWB ( Govt. of Orissa), Ministry of Youth  Affairs and Sports (Govt. of India) etc.

■  15 Years Experience in Development Journalism as Correspondent & contributed a number of  News, News Feature, Photo, Photo Feature for different News Papers/Magazines of the country.

■   Editing a Community Based News Bulletin “ Jateeya Janamata” since 2004 as  Editor.

■   Leading  "Youth and Social Issues Desk"  of www.hotnhitnews.com , an e-news portal.
